Typically, the training is instructor led with a goal to train end users whilst identifying key users in respective functions making them internal champions so that they can then assist internal users as may be needed.
The training is further enhanced with the users do a User Acceptance of the system by hands-on using the system in assistance with the training consultant.
The training is conducted by Functional Consultants who are usually part of the project implementation. This ensures that the trainer is aware of the specific training needs and is also known to the user group.
